As-Built Design & Drawings Generation
Task:
Chemionix Approach & Deliveries:
Chemionix Engineering design team of Chemical, Mechanical & Electrical engineering visited site along with skilled CAD Designers. Necessary support in terms of deskspace and measurement team was provided to us.
Our process engineering team overviewed the existing P&ID design and had overview of existing plant conditions for marking the changes as per actual site conditions. Detail of P&ID's like equipments tag nos, nozzles, pipe sizes, moc, connected to the equipments, insulation details, utility connections etc.. were redline markup for the actual condtions on the existing P&ID's. The redline markup were modified for generating the as-built P&ID drawings.
Benefit to our Client:
Outsourcing this project helped our client for not disturbing their existing plant technical team for working on this as-built drawing Nor for recruiting any new engineers especially for this project which was completed in 2 months time.
