Chemionix team approach was first to understand the complete architectural design and thereafter progress with MEP Design aspect. We selected Revit MEP Design software for working on this project as this software provide us with a integrated approach for successfully completing MEP Design.
Our electrical team first prepared SLD for entire project with emergency system consideration, thereafter lux level calculation was completed for various room for lighting layouts drawings. Electrical design was including looping, conduit drawings, & bill of material preparation of entire project.
Our Mechanical & Plumbing team successfully completed the design for Fire fighting layouts as per NFPA standards, Fire sprinkler system drawings, Ventilation system and ducting drawings etc.. Our deliveries also included drainage & plumbing design for entire project.
Revit 3D Models were prepared for the entire project, helping complete visualization of entire project before it was built. Also, Bill of material was generated without any additional effort by using this software.
