Electrical CAD Markup Drawing Outsourcing

Task:

Chemionix Approach & Deliveries:

The 2D paper drawing mailed to us as high resolution image files, along with red markup associated for modifying the drawings while regenerating in .dwg format. Our client also supplied with CAD standard to be followed for working on this project along with typical electrical legends and symbols to be used for this project.

The methodology for preparing the .dwg drawing was understood properly by regular correspondence with our client, given briefly as below:

• Standard client template was provided to us for A3 & A1 paper sizes.
• Accurate layering information was discussed and implemented.
• Information about the text type, line width, layer color code, hatch patter, dimension indication were exchanged.
• Termination and wiring details for modification as per markups.
• Preliminary drawing generated was sent for client approval. Suggestion were marked & informed to us.
• ftp server for delivering the design and tracing modifications.

The suggested changes were implemented by our team, and the project was successfully completed in less than 6 week as per desired timeframe for generating approx 450 CAD files.
