Electrical Design Consultancy Project
Task:
The project required indepth knowledge for Electrical design for H.T as well as for L.T side design. Project layouts were provided by civil agency and other equipment details were provided by Mechanical Design agency. The challenges were also co-ordination between various agencies for approval of our project design.
Chemionix Approach & Deliveries:
Chemionix is a leading Electrical design consultancy company and has successfully completed many similar project for our clients in India & Abroad. Our senior electrical design team started with kick-off meeting with civil and mechanical agency for understand the complete project in details.
After through understand of the project design basis, our senior engineering team started design for H.T area. Below are key design for H.T Electrical Design:
- Switchyard design, Transform specification and design calculations.
- H.T layout design.
- PCC Room layouts, metering room design
- Tender document preparation for H.T Design.
Our team also completed the L.T design for this project, key design completed like:
- Preparing S.L.D & MCC Specification.
- Emergency system design and backup power requirement
- Lighting layout calculations & design. Earthing layouts
- Cable size calculations, cable tagging.
- Cable tray layouts, trenches layout drawings and detailing.
- Tender document for L.T side Electrical Design
