Chemionix Approach & Deliveries:
Chemionix approached this project working on hire staff basis as the Mechanical design were to be submitted on daily basis and also since all the design work is co-related a dedicated team was best suited for working together.
Our Sr. Mechanical Engineering was selected as team leader for coordination with client on daily basis, well supported by 2-3 Mechanical CAD Designers on working on this project. Our team would receive the changes design specification on regular basis from our client, the change specification were in form of redline markup on the existing CAD drawings, or hand sketches of the new drawings to be generated by our team. Also photographs and images were provided to us for understanding the project specification and thereafter mechanical design and drafting were completed by our team.
Co-ordination and communication were done on skype regularly for understanding the changes required for drawing approval.
