Engineering Design Outsourcing – Pharmaceutical Plant

Task:

We receive the inquiry for a company wanted to set up new plant for manufacturing Pharmaceutical Plant and approached Chemionix for Engineering Design Service for their project. The basic process route for manufacturing was provided to us, & our task was for Engineering Design for the complete project & provide the cost estimation in the range of ± 10%.

Chemionix Approach & Deliveries:

After studying the process details data's, our engineering team started the Detail engineering design for this project, well supported by draftsman's for preparing the drawings. Given below are the lists of deliveries for this project:

• Total approx 20 Nos of P&ID's generated.
• Line list, Valve list preparation
