Front End Design Outsourcing – Food Processing Plant
Task:
We are working on this project for our Client based in Singapore; and our client was looking for a
Engineering Design Consultancy Company for undertaking complete designing aspect. The project was a Greenfield in Nature & design details were generated by studying the scale up to desired capacity.
Project design as per Food grade plant design system, GMP Standard
Hygienic system design along with CIP System design included for our scope of work.

Chemionix Approach & Deliveries:
As Communication is most important aspect in Engineering design outsourcing, we appointed a project manager for co-ordination with our client project manager based in Singapore. Few meetings were also conducted for understand the project in totality and delivering following designs:
- Total approx 50 Nos of AutoCAD P&ID’s generated.
- Line list, Valve list preparation along with piping BOQ for complete project
- Mechanical design for equipments and pressure vessels
- Equipment Layout drawings as per cGMP Standrad.
- Package equipments datasheets & design
- 3D Plant & Piping Model as per ASME Piping standard.
- Piping Isometric Generation (approx 1700 Iso's)
- Piping GA drawings.
- CIP System design.
- Project cost estimation with 10% Accuracy.
- Electrical Engineering Design for complete plant like preparing SLD, Cable sizing & scheduling, Cable tray layouts, Lighting layouts, Emergency systems, etc..
- Instrumentation Engineering design for complete project
